Grappa al Caffè and Tonic
30ml x Grappa al Caffè
120ml x Tonic Water
2 Slices of Lemon
2 Slices of Orange
2 Dashes of Regan’s Orange Bitters
Glass & Garnish
Glass: Short ball Glass
Garnish: 1 Slices of Lemon, 1 Slice of Orange
Squeeze one wedge each of lemon and orange and drop
into a highball glass. Pour in the Grappa al Caffè.
Fill the glass to the top with ice, then top with tonic water.
